PRL has been seriously underwhelming. I wrote to the MD (David Casey) to express my disappointment and to suggest a simple fix, and as far as I know the email was completely ignored.
Now I am the first to admit that I am not an expert in mining, but I do know a little about communication. I put to Mr Casey that he was watching his balance sheet and not even noticing his communication balance sheet.
Ah well, because of Mr Casey and his style, the share price has remained in the doldrums for a while. However, if there was ever a time to buy and to take a punt, it is right now. While the price is under 1 cent a share. Why? Because there is an AGM coming up and I suspect there are a lot of really angry shareholders out there who would much prefer the roller coaster rides of 2017 to the flatline of death that 2018 has brought.
Mr Casey has criticised the shareholders publicly and I hope the shareholders extract their revenge at the AGM. And after that? Well the share price can't go much further down without evaporating completely. But it could also bounce significantly.
My prediction? I'm no expert, but I see that there are a lot of people looking towards the 1.4 cent mark. So that even if you buy shares at 1.2 cents, you are still likely to make a fast 20%.
That's my 2 cents worth - and that seems to be a lot more that a PRL share is worth - which is a huge fall from 2017.
