Here's what I said about Octava Minerals (ASX: OCT) at the end of April 2025...
OCT is in the doldrums, stuck there since February. Nothing to see here for a while. There are plenty more studies to come. Investing now would mean becoming a long term holder to see any sort of return. Check back in December.
At that point, OCT had plummeted from almost 15 cents to 3.8 cents. Currently at 4.7 cents it is almost back at its baseline from a year ago.
This is another company that isn't setting the world on fire. And exploring in Tasmania comes with its own set of special conditions (Tasmanians are passionate about their environment).
I checked and their drilling might produces some results that boost the share price, but...
drilling will take a few weeks;
assays will take much longer:
it's Tassie.
Yeah, they're off my list.
